Refund policy

At Okeek.com, we offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving the item.

Exchange Process:

For exchanges, please return the item to our designated warehouse within 30 days from the date of receipt. We will process the exchange within 7 days upon receiving the returned item. You will be notified via email when the replacement item is dispatched.

Please note: An additional fee of $9.9 USD will be charged for exchanges initiated due to personal reasons.

Refund Process:

If you wish to return the item for a refund within 30 days, kindly ship the product to our specified warehouse within 30 days from the date of receipt. We will process the refund within 7 days upon receiving the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 7-15 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, as this may vary depending on your bank's processing time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take photos of the product and notify us immediately. Please send the photos within the first 3 business days. We will promptly arrange a replacement free of charge.

Customer-Damaged Items:

Please note that we cannot offer compensation or accept returns for items damaged by the customer.
